Relax and Realign with Reiki, Restorative Yoga, and Essential Oils @ Sequoia Wellness
Feb 22 @ 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
The use of essential oils and Reiki to enhance and complement the yoga practice has been used in many cultures around the world. Essential oils like Sandalwood and Vetiver aid the mind in sensory balance and rejuvenation. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, energy realignment, and relaxation that promotes healing. Together, the combination of restorative yoga, essential oils, and Reiki creates a total mind and body experience.

This workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the qualities and benefits that essential oils and Reiki can provide to heal, cleanse, nourish your body and uplift your mood. Then we will begin the yoga portion with asanas that will prepare the body for a restorative yoga practice. Throughout the practice essential oils and reiki will be applied to bring alignment and balance to each of the chakras.

Give yourself the gift of some well deserved nurturing time on your yoga mat. You will leave the workshop relaxed and refreshed. If you have been curious about the benefits of essential oils, Reiki. and restorative yoga, please join Maria Santoferraro, E-RYT 500 for this workshop. All levels are welcome. Space is limited so register with Sequoia Wellness in advance.
