The workshop will start with discussion on how to embrace the physical and emotional changes that occur as we move past our 40’s and how to flow into your 50’s and beyond with grace, ease, and joy. Using inspirational asana, pranayama, restorative yoga, mudras, and meditation, this session is designed specifically for women who are approaching or have already experienced menopause. This workshop is suitable for those who are new to yoga who may be thinking I’m too old or inflexible to start yoga and also those who have been practicing yoga for a while and are starting to notice that their body is craving a gentler, kinder yoga practice.
