Have you always wanted to practice yoga but didn’t know where to start? This series will demystify yoga and teach the basics in a supportive and fun environment. You will learn the history of yoga, practice breathing exercises, and proper alignment for the basic yoga poses. Throughout the series suggestions for modifications to poses will be presented, so that Every Body will benefit. Each class builds on the next, leaving you with a core foundation to start your yoga practice. Class is held in the non-heated studio and is limited to 16 students so register early!
Workshop fee: $65 for all 4 sessions, or $20 for a drop-in. Please note there are no refunds or make-ups for sessions missed.
