Are you ready to move deeper into your yoga practice both physically and spiritually? This 4-week class series is designed to take students to the intermediate level with more advanced yoga postures that require a bit more strength and flexibility in a small group setting where you will get lots of guidance on proper alignment. Each week will also include teachings from the yoga sutras and cover the eight limbs of yoga, with an emphasis on learning how to meditate and chant. Prepare to learn, laugh, relax, and grow deeper in your yoga practice in these highly motivating classes. Class is held in the Ganesha Studio (maintained at 70 degrees). Class size is limited to 15 students so register early! Workshop fee: $65 or drop-in for $16. Please note that there are no refunds or make-ups for sessions missed.
