Aruba Retreat

Beach Yoga Bliss III

April 11-18 2015

Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa

This yoga adventure retreat is a trip to feed your soul, to find some well deserved time of your own, to be inwardly attentive, and to discover your true essence through the practice of pranayama, yoga, and meditation. Come along on a journey to celebrate your mind, your body, your beauty, your creativity, and ultimately, to find your bliss as you dip your toes in the sand and experience the utter delight of practicing yoga on a beach.

If you want to know more about what it’s like to go on a retreat with me in Aruba, please read this recap on the Top 10 Reasons Why Beach Yoga Bliss I in Aruba Rocked and all the reasons why Beach Yoga Bliss II was CRAZY AWESOME!

Imagine waking up to perfect 82-degree weather in APRIL, inspirational beachfront yoga classes, meditating to the sound of the surf, pampering yourself with spa treatments in a Caribbean-Balinese style spa facility, and maybe even trying a new adventure like stand-up paddling.

We’ll start each day with an uplifting beach yoga and meditation session. You’ll have the rest of the afternoon to relax at the pool or beach, or venture around the beautiful island of Aruba to hike, snorkel, shop, dive, or explore with one of the planned day trip adventures. In the evening we’ll convene for a sunset yoga celebration and spiritual meditation experience. The resort offers two options for outdoor yoga classes: a large covered yoga pavilion, a yoga deck on the beach, and I’m sure a few of the classes we’ll wander off and practice close to the waves!

Read what a few of the awesome yoginis who attended last year had to say about Beach Yoga Bliss in Aruba.

“What an amazing balance of rest, reflection, & adventure. Truly the best vacation I’ve ever taken! The joy has continued to bubble through life this week!” – E.L.

“Thank you all so much for one of the best vacations in my life. I have new inspiration to get healthy, exercise more, and let go of all of my fears! And now I have a group of wonderful new friends. Life is good.” – N. B.

“I am really missing Aruba! The beach misses me too… I am sure of it!I feel very fortunate to have been able to spend time in Aruba doing exactly what we did. Maria, there could not have been a better yogini teacher to take that trip with. Your energy and zeal is infectious! I took a sense of peace back from the trip that I think of when life just gets hectic. Could not have asked for a better group of ladies or roommate 🙂 by far the best vacation I’ve ever been on! I especially enjoyed getting to do yoga daily compared to my once a weekend.” -G. E.

Afternoon yoga practice is reserved for meditation and gentle, restorative yoga before the sun sets.
