Join Maria Santoferraro and Heather Feather for a fabulous 2 or 3-day weekend of nurturing and self-care.  You get to make it your very own loving kindness yogathon with the opportunity to either kick back, relax and pamper yourself, or get outside and explore the beautiful Hocking Hills State Park!  We will practice yoga, meditate, hike, eat well, laugh, relax in the hot tub, have mini-facials, journal, and you will have the opportunity to learn about self care practices like abiyanga, oil pulling, and essential oils.  Meals will be mostly vegetarian with meat options.  Hike offerings will vary between 3 and 10 miles. There will be massage therapists available on Friday and Saturday to schedule massage treatments.
